LOST/FORGOT LOGIN: You have simply lost/forgotten your username and/or password and have entered it incorrectly too many times. *Before you write please note that your user and password is CASE SENSITIVE, meaning if you chose a password and used upper case, you must then use upper case when entering the password. The same goes with lower case- the password field again is CASE SENSITIVE.
